There was construction work going on outside the hotel, despite being high up, the noise was such that I did not sleep for the 2 nights I was there. I asked for another room, I was told that I would be moved, this did not happen. I asked for a cappuccino coffee at breakfast, I was told, No, it was not included. I explained all of this to the duty manager, who said she would write to me, it did not happen. I had to call over a week later as ask to speak to someone else, before I got any response.
