Food is creative with international touch, dishes are well presented, you can see this is a fine dining place. What really made it shine was the first class service by both hotel and restaurant staff, very friendly, always smiling and happy to accommodate any reasonable request. Definitely the best service I have ever received in the Philippines. Edwin (operation manager) and Angeline (concierge) made my stay memorable, hopefully they both be there next time I return. The layout, the cleanliness is in par of the five stars hotel. The room itself is surprisingly huge, very clean, and the quality of bed and room amenities os excellent. But most of all it is the staff and services that makes it the best. There’s a daily welcome sweets and welcome drink delivered to room after you come back for the day . They are so nice and approachable and will go far beyond. They are trained well in customer service. The breakfast presentation are great but it taste as good as it looks. The location is also in the center, near peoples park and apo view hotel. I will surely book this hotel again. I could not have been happier. The service, the room and the morning breakfast are above reproach. Perfect stay. I haven't been here in two years due to the pandemic but it felt just comfortable as before. They are really an excellent boutique hotel. They care about their guests and it's better than many of the expensive 5 star hotels I have stayed in.
