The location is good, but the property is old and runned down and is in need of a serious makeover. The service workers were always pleasant and attentive and felt the staff deserved a higher rating. However, the services are also tired and not up to expectations of western standards. Breakfast items were not replenished often, Room service was very slow and food arrived cold. No iron in the building, over priced laundry, no currency exchange, ran out of toilet paper in 1/2 a day, no hairdryer in the room had to call twice over 40 minutes to get one, etc. We wanted a step up downtown, but didn’t want to Pay up for Marco Polo. Stayed at The Pinnacle in the past and found it to be a better value for the overall experience.
