The house is arranged over four levels, offering three bedrooms: two doubles and one bunk room, making it an excellent choice for families or couples traveling together. There are also two bathrooms for added convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided – just remember to bring your own beach towels.   
  
Step outside and relax on the sunny terrace with an outdoor dining area, the perfect spot for soaking in the spectacular views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is also a garden area accessed via steep steps, providing more elevated spots to admire the river below.   
  
Located at the top of Kingswear, a charming village known for its heritage steam railway and ferry links to Dartmouth's bustling harbor, boutique shops, and eateries, the property is perfectly placed for exploring the area.
