"The best thing was the greeting we received from the front desk staff, Sabrina. I have never visited a hotel where I felt so welcomed, taken care of, and given all necessary information in such a friendly professional manner. The hotel lived up to its reputation for excellence. If we go back to Charleston, we will definitely stay there."

"Beautiful views, but patio door very difficult to open and close/lock. Very hot days and water not always available in lobby. That was disappointing. Great location for sure. We make many trips to Folly, first time staying at hotel. Morning coffee in lobby would be nice versus having to go to Starbucks every morning.Many hotels offer that in our experience. It's a nice way to start the day. The view and location are the reason to stay. Folly is always great"

"This is a beautiful resort. We wanted to stay longer and next time we will. We had our 2yr old daughter with us and she was never bored. Food was amazing. Easy Valet parking. Very clean resort. The staff was amazing."
