Great Property For A Student Group
Everything about this stay was perfect from the moment I reached out to the host with questions before we booked. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We were staying with 8 students and two pairs of adult couple chaperones for a competition at the KBH Convention Center in downtown Dallas. The sleeping arrangement were perfect. The six teenage boys in the "bunk room", the two teenage girls in the room with one set of bunk beds, and the chaperones in the two other rooms. The property seemed too good to be true from the online descriptions. I've had a couple of experiences where the online description and reality didn'tatch. It 100% is as good as it looks. The kids loved the games, which provided some great down time / bonding for them when they weren't competing. There was enough room for adults to sit and converse while the kids had fun. The property is very neat and clean. Towels were abundant, the kitchen was well appointed, and the laundry was equipped with new machines and supplies. The host had so many extras that were appreciated, from toiletries in the bathrooms to Ziploc bags in the kitchen. The grill was clean and functional, and the garage was very helpful to us as we needed to store equipment. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and close to the highway so even with traffic it was less than 30 mins to the Convention Center. The whole experience was marvelous, and if I'm ever back in Dallas the "Sweet Escape" will be top on my list to book.

Great stay!
This is such a lovely property. The owner was not only very flexible with us (lots of different arrival and departure times), but you can tell they take great pride in the property. Lovely little touches like extra toothbrushes and toiletries, and it was even festively decorated for the holidays! Sparkling clean, and when we had a wifi issue they fixed it within 30 minutes. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here, completely exceeded our expectations! Had one minor issue with some aunts the first morning but someone was sent right away to address it all was good after :) if you have a bigger group coming this house is perfect.

Amazing home away from home!
By far this has been the nicest and cleanest home I’ve stayed at!!! Our group of 16+ sport fans travels often. The extra amenities and attention to detail was a pleasant surprise. Entertaining a large group was a delight in our home, it accommodated all our needs. We definitely will stay again when we’re in town for the Cowboys games, perfect location. This home is very beautiful, very tech friendly home. The cleanliness and decor very beautiful. Owner is very accommodating. Had access to everything we needed. It was a total of 21 of us ranging from 2 y/o to my 70 y/o father. Neighborhood is quiet. The house is off a main/busy road, but all in all it was quiet & relaxing in the back yard. Girl's Trip
This was perfect for our family girl's trip. Lots of beds. Online listing shows 2 rooms with several bunkbeds, but those are just in the loft. The set of twin bunkbeds is in a converted closet off the master. The owner verified the sleeping arrangements prior to our trip and it worked well for us.

Amazing Stay
I normally don’t write reviews but I had to die this stay. EVERYTHING WAS ONEE THE TOP!!!! Don’t hesitate just book it. It’s worth every Penny and some. The host Victoria was the BOMB…went out of her way with accommodating our family. It was 20 ladies u see one roof for Mother’s Day and we had the most amazing time with plenty of room To spare.
