Unit 1 — a simple, comfortable 2-bedroom side of our Dade City duplex in a peaceful corner of town — right-sized for a couple, a small family, or a work trip, and the dog is welcome. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast WiFi, free off-street parking, contactless smart-lock check-in. Joy-Lan Drive-In is eight minutes away, Pioneer Florida Museum seven, Mirada Lagoon fifteen. Weekend, week, or month — all three work here.

Welcome to your cozy getaway in beautiful Dade City! I’m Sunny, and this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex (Unit 1) is the perfect spot for relaxing, exploring, and feeling right at home.

Getting Around:

A car is essential here, and free off-street parking is available at the home. US-301 runs through Dade City just minutes away and connects to I-75, putting Wesley Chapel shopping about 20 minutes south and Tampa about 45 minutes away. Local shops, restaurants, and antique stores in downtown Dade City are a short drive. Rideshare coverage is thin in this part of Pasco County, so we recommend having your own vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Duplex style home (Unit 1). Not a shared space with the other tenants. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully to the guests.

-Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside or on the property. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fine

-Security System: Installed with front and back door cameras for guest safety.

-No parties or unauthorized events

-Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM

-Laundry: Washer and dryer on the property with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets

-Unreported Pets - Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival:

Properties that do not allow pets: Any unreported pet will result in a $250 per day fee.

Properties that allow authorized pets: Any pet that is not reported and approved will result in a $150 per day fee.

*Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or pest-related costs caused by an unreported pet.*

-DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and similar on-demand deliveries are welcome during your stay. However, no mail or packages may be sent to the property. Please have packages held at a local post office, UPS Store, or other pickup location. Any mail or packages delivered to the house will be refused and returned to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned packages.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but remain fully available through the app or by text for anything you might need. Check-in is contactless through a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule without waiting on anyone.
