"Hot water in the bathroom sink took 2-4 minutes to become warm. This would happen again within 5-10 minutes of not using the hot water! For a state with water shortage issues, this should be fixed. Also, spa was closed. Thi was not apparent at the time of booking. Otherwise, nice hotel, good breakfast and convenient"

"Loved this place and will definitely return. Very friendly staff, very clean, had great snacks available to purchase 24/7, a restaurant, and complimentary underground parking. The only thing missing was complimentary coffee available in the morning in the lobby. You had to buy coffee in the restaurant or there was a Starbucks machine in the lobby, but you had to pay for that too. I ended up walking across the street to a shopping center to get my specialty coffee at the Starbucks there. That shopping center had a TJ Max, Home Goods, Target, etc. That was fun to find."

"Excellent hotel! Staff were warm, welcoming and very professional. Our room had everything we needed. It was well laid out and very clean. The TV remote actually worked and the TV swiveled. Room had a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. Shower was spacious and really nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It even had rice and miso soup! Staff kept everything very clean. The bacon was perfectly cooked and very tasty. They even had made to order omelets. I think the only thing missing was sausages. Best breakfast buffet I've seen. Underground and surface parking is available for $9. Would have been nice to have parking included. There isn't much to do within walking distance so that's the only real minus I have for this property. Other than that and the paid parking, it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at."

"The AC was so loud, the 4 days I stayed there, I did not watch tv. You have to turn it up loud to hear over the AC. I did not want the folks around me complaining. It was clean and quiet."

"Most of the services were great. Just some noise one night due to unpreventable highway night construction/repairs. A warning would have been good. Never saw the sign they said was at the front desk."

"Very clean hotel in an excellent area with lots of shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. About a 10 minute drive to the Saratoga Mountain Winery. Would definitely stay again."
