"An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. "Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return."
