"Had a fantastic stay. They hotel is beautiful and cosy and a fabulous location. Wish there was staff at the entrance on the evening to make it feel more secure, but was a wonderful stay regardless. "

"Staff really makes this property. Clean and the perfect location for everything. Food is average at best and extremely costly. Breakfast options are poor and it is difficult to get a coffee at any time. The biggest down side is the noise. Dont expect to get much sleep staying here. Most nights it goes until 0330 and we had a street shut down that went until 0500. "

"This is an excellent little hotel right in the middle of where we wanted to be, close to everything. Whatever you do, do not bring a car into Edinburgh. It is a nightmare to find parks and very expensive. Public transport is excellent. "

"We got lucky and found a street parking spot right in front of the property. Once we arrived there was no one there and we couldn’t find our room. We had to call the emergency number and after about 10 minutes on the call with them, we found it. It would be nice if they put clear markers for all rooms. We were facing to road and an ally so we opened our windows to let the cool breeze in. The room was perfect! Also, there is an Indian restaurant near by that I would highly recommended!!! "

"the service was brilliant, specially from Mrs Paula. However the hotel is not situated anywhere close to the centre of the town and the travelling there is not the easiest as there’s no Uber service and gaped to find a taxi or a shop nearby."

"Hotel is in a good location and has a lovely restaurant but not worth the price they are asking for a night, the room we stayed in was £214 for 1 night, the room its self was tiny and the shower you could have sat on the toilet and showered at the same time, the Travel Lodge just up the road would have been better value for money"
