"The house, location and local amenities were excellent. We had no problems with cleanliness as stated in other reviews and the house was very well equipped. Sadly, the wind was high during our stay so we couldnâ€™t use the hot tub but thatâ€™s Britain for you! Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there....

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.
