"Room was spacious with a huge bed. Styling of the room was really cool and it was immaculate. Bathroom was great with a big shower. Right next door to motorway services with a McDonald's and Costa. Staff are really friendly with a laid-back vibe. I wasn't expecting much but this hotel is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice lady on reception. Paid for breakfast which was not as ordered. We gave exact instruction as items to be very well cooked, this was not the case and did not have time to return it! The water in the shower was freezing. Plus the extractor very noisy. Parking was great and bus service very close. Enjoyed drinks in the bar, such a pity the other major things were not up to scrach. "No curtains in the room, just ill-fitting roller blinds, it felt a little like a youth hostel rather than a hotel room. The iron we asked for covered my white shirt in black gunk (my fault for not checking the plate but disappointed staff would give out such rubbish). Extractor fan in bathroom broken, very uncomfortable old soggy mattress. Staff were lovely, breakfast average, quiet overall in the rooms. "
