"The breakfast was great. Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional and helpful. Also, I noticed as soon as we stepped in the front door that the hotel smelled wonderful. You could tell that care was taken to make it a welcoming environment. "

"The cups that were supposed to be wrapped, were not. Also they were sticky. Definitely not new. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice. Really, other than the dirty cups, it was a very nice stay. I would recommend "

"Parking was great. I find it odd that for a $175 stay, simple breakfast cereal is not included. Our mini fridge was shutoff when we got there but we turned it on and it worked fine. The person checking us in was fine, but handed us our keys and didn’t say anything, and "

"Unfortunately our experience went sour when we had 2 incidents of maintenance walking in on us under wrong check-out information, on a single knock when my wife, just coming out of shower asked for a moment, clearly and deliberately and they just walked in. We also had a homeless person knocking on our door at 4am trying to fight me being on drugs. Even though cleanliness and amenities were average, the lack of curtesy were uncalled for and very questionable. "

"The staff is rude and not honest I was starting to get such and needed help getting my laundry out of the dryer upstairs and bringing it downstairs since they don't have an elevator and I'm disabled. But to have the owner contact me and ask for a pet fee after letting the front desk know he then wanted to know why I was in need of a service dog. It wasn't until after I said something about his not having the right to ask did he stop harassing me and with the laundry I was told I would need to call someone to come get the laundry upstairs. I was so offended ded and shocked but won't stay there again! "

"Breakfast was wonderful. The staff made sure everything was filled and was very friendly! The room, though it could use some fixing up in the bathroom was clean and the staff kept me with clean towels!! Everything was very nice and definitely worth the money! See you next trip!"

"I had a nice stay and would stay again. The room was slightly dirty on the floor upon arrival. But I had a one night stay so not a big deal. Appreciated the mini fridge and large bathroom. Pool area is a nice touch. Free parking."
