"Great location, good room, nice staff. Location - incredible. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there’s a gorgeous cafe on the way (SeaSpray). Pentire point, Fistral Beach Bar, The Stable (pizza) are all a 15/20 minute walk. Then the centre of the town is 30mins ish. Room - 8/10, the overall room was great but there were a few small details that stopped it being a 10/10, like the remote was dirty, the TV was old, the shower pressure was naff, the fridge didn’t turn on and the bathroom window...

"We enjoyed this break away from big hotels in our comfortable, cozy room above the pub with its great service and delicious food. This tiny village was picturesque and near our destination of Port Isaac. The owners and staff were friendly and granted our every request. "

"Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep. "

"Fabulous central location in Truro. Lovely Continental breakfast included in price. Food in evening was great. Only a minute’s walk to the Hall for Cornwall so I saw a great play one evening too."
