"This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading. We booked the property for six nights believing we were renting a full house, based on the photos and description provided. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that we had been placed in a basement unit, which was never disclosed prior to booking.

"All staff was great, pleasant and very hands on. There were a few things like crack in our window and they fixed it the next day plus left us cookies apologizing they had to come in during our visit, next morning fridge stopped working so all our fruits, yogurt, milk went bad which they offered to accommodate us, the breakfast team were great as well however there was this one amazing lady Grace who every morning would come over and put smiles on all my grandkids faces, this is what makes a trip enjoyable is the above and beyond we do for one another. Great hotel. Lots of room in 2 Queen size room"
"We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott so we could be close to the airport. The front desk called the taxi for us and lt us know the best places to eat. We were happy with the hot tub and our room. It was clean and affordable. We would stay again."
