The hotel hoppa isnt reliable.. Nice stay ,atteentive and great staff..Food a tad on the expensive side...But will stay again

The staff were very helpful and overall the hotel was perfect stay for us as a family to stop over before our early morning flight.

Great location, close to Heathrow. Clean and tidy hotel. Ali on front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Overall very good value for money

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

A beautiful building, very tastefully decorated and furnished, staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, convenient location

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

Great hotel & great location

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together.
