"Stay at this hotel. Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service. The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme. The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. Incidentally, dining provides for great views over the harbour. Our room had the most complete sea vista, was incredibly clean with a very comfy bed and was very well stocked with tea and Nespresso coffee. In contrast to other large hotels locally the Harbour provided for a quiet, relaxing stay and a memorable visit to Fowey. Thank you to all at the hotel. "

"Very quiet. I was in 503. An area that needs improvement is the bathroom tib design. Very difficult to enter and exit. If the shower foor could slide to rear of tub it would be easier. The tiled nox at back of toilet makes this hazardous. A person with the least mobility challenges may not get a bath or shower. I did not shower daily as I was afraid of falling."

"A lovely stay for families with young children due to the onsite softplay and outdoor playground and pools with shallow paddling area. The spa looked really good although can be busy in the evenings. The onsite brasserie served delicious food. "

"I rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didn’t get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed. And I wasn’t. The room was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Every other member of staff I met showed the same smiling, happy, can-do attitude. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel and really hope that I have an opportunity to stay there again in the future. "
