The food was fantastic, she was incredibly accommodating. Beto was also quick when we needed him during business hours. The unfortunate reality was we needed him more times than I hoped we would have. The hot water heater went out twice during our 4 night stay so it was pretty disappointing. The keys are different and kinda tricky, we ended up locking ourselves out one day and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us for about 40 minutes. The jacuzzi is more of a pool with jets, probably warmer in the summer months. The space is nice, really clean. Everyone is very kind. The gorgeous property is a bit of a drive from town, so the food options are limited on this part of the island. That is not part of the Villa Zamnas doing, they provide several options. There is a strong musty smell inside the property as well, it might just be because it’s in the jungle. Overall I would stay here again, but I’d be more prepared for how long it takes to get everywhere and know that staff is only on site until 6pm to help.
