"Hotel lovely and clean and location near park, 10 min walk to central station and main shopping district. Had to amend booking to include an additional adult..initial contact with hotel and Hotels.com wasnt very satisfactory, however, after contacting property again a day later, the member of staff I spoke to couldnt have been more helpful. Not sure if I can say her name here, but she was brilliant and I had a more than satisfactory outcome. I did get the chance to thank her in person on my departure. Nice vibe in reception area albeit very busy on my arrival due to cruise passengers, but didnt wait long to check in and the lady who sorted my issue out had made sure everything was in place for my check in. Very pleasant stay."

"For a budget room this was ideal. Compact but clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location as could walk into Southampton centre and the docks. Continental breakfast but enough variety to fill you up. On arrival we was greeted by Simon on reception who was extremely helpful and polite and gave some excellent local knowledge for walks on the docks and other areas, thank you."

"Hotel location is really nice by the sea. There appears to be enough parking. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms don't have A/C which is massive downside. Swimming pool is quite small but sauna, steam room and jacuzzi is nice. Restaurant offers nice food with gluten free options too."

"Lovely hotel to base yourself for peppa pig world. The pool was a bonus on arrival while waiting for dinner time. Changing facilities could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Breakfast had good choice. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Black out curtains helped with toddlers sleeping."
