"The hotel is well placed to explore the area. The room was comfortable, clean and great for the 2 nights we stayed.
The bar was cosy with the wood burner on, breakfast set you up for the day and dinner was tasty and substantial 😁
The staff were friendly and helpful; we would stay again"

"A really lovely place to stay in the Lune valley. I had a meal downstairs in the pub and it was excellent. Well decorated, comfortable room and very friendly owners and staff. Would recommend and stay again!"

"Staff were excellent. The food was excellent. Everywhere was spotless. The 4 bedrooms are up 3 flights of stairs but the staff we extremely helpful. An enjoyable experience. The pub is quirky."

The Phesant Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice. The staff were polite and attentive. Room 11 offered us a king bed with an excellent view.

Fabulous pub. Super modern clean room outside the main pub. Food delicious at dinner and breakfast and simply lovely staff!
What a location just across from the station and in the middle of the 3 peaks.
Outstanding!

Fab little pub in the village of Ingleton. Really friendly bar staff and manager, even though they were really busy as we arrived on New Years Eve. Arranged a table for our evening meal and the food was worth the money. Room was comfy and lovely and warm, had everything you needed.
My only comment would have been that breakfast on New Years Day could have been extended as this was served only between 8-9am - a little early for the New Years celebrations but I do appreciate they cater for the...

We had a great stay and were well looked after by the staff. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and what can only be described as excellent heating from two wall mounted heaters. Tea/coffee etc and good television. Hot water all the time and I mean HOT. Be careful when you use the hot tap. In some travel lodges you have to wait ages for hot water but not at Killington Lakes. Only downside was a bit of mould in the bathroom. The car park is used by the service station cars so is not...

Was a fantastic stay with friendly staff who looked after us. Absolutely one of the best stays on an hotel. Food also was excellent.
Both me and my wife would recommend the Gateway.

It's a nice pub that is part of the Thwaites chain. Menu doesn't cater well for Vegetarians and not at all for Vegans. Disappointing to see them burning coal on the fire in July, really thoughtless.
Room was lovely though
