"The property was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was confusion about the “complimentary spa services”. We though that included treatments, but it was only complimentary for access to the spa. At least the massages were good even if they were not included. "

"We had a family room for 4 with a balcony and mountain view. Plenty of space with 2 rooms that were clean and very comfortable. Room was made up every day and the large double bed was very comfortable. Had a fridge which was great for drinks and snacks. Location is ideal for the gondola which is a 2 minute walk down the hill and takes you up to the ski area at plan checrouit. There is a ski hire shop right opposite the hotel where you can book skis etc and then you collect and leave them in the main shop up in the ski area so very convenient and can get 10% off if ask in hotel. It is a 5 minute level walk down into the town where there are plenty of places of to eat. Breakfast in hotel was great and staff were brilliant and friendly. We didn't have dinner so can't comment on that. All in all would recommend the hotel."
