"Lisa was so accommodating with the change of plans I had for this stay. The cottage is situated overlooking the mountains and Lisa’s little touches everywhere were so cute. The fairy lights made the whole place look magical, not to mention providing us with almost every item we could have thought of. The thoughtfulness of all the items within the cottage, as well as additional items in the shed outside provided us with the perfect stay. The place is magical! "

"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

"This hotel reminds me of "Pod 39" and "Pod 51" in New York City; you feel as though your staying in an "Ikea" modelled bedroom. Although small, it is modern, clean and well designed use of space. The bonus with citizenM basic rooms is that you get a King Size Bed, room safe and mini fridge. (Not offered at "Pod 39 or 51"). CitizenM offers the best value if you are looking for clean & modern place to sleep when you are not out experiencing everything Dublin has to offer."
