The Lodge has everything for a very comfortable stay for a couple. It is suitable for a full self-catering stay as well as just preparing tea of coffee. Shay was a great host. We had a little trouble locating it, but a quick call to Shay got us straightened out. Fantastic location less than 5 mins walk from Malahide Castle Gardens. Great cafe approx 3 mins walk for brunch. Lots of lovely restaurants in town for eating out or take away. We loved the lodge as a base for lots of long walks around Malahide. Lodge felt very safe, quiet, clean and modern.
