"The location of this hotel is great if you are needing to be closer to WCU. It's across the street from WalMart and a few other food options as well. The hotel is a very nice, newer looking property. Check is was easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and even came up to our room at 10 pm to switch out a cable box that was not working. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a little lacking, not many options, but it is free. I would definitely stay here again."

"We love staying there because it is clean and very relaxing. The view is beautiful and the host has thought of guests in mind. We spent a majority of our time on the patio.. Grilling...eating outdoors..watching the fireflied...Minor suggestion: It might be time to invest in a new grill and some durable firm cushions for seating at patio table.....we hope to be back in the fall. The grill inside the cover is flaking badly and we opted not to use after our first grill..the cushions sunk in after much use sitting to eat at table on patio...the outside garbage can is all taped and looks bad..not deal breakers however....I plan on returning. Thank you. We enjoyed our time there without question."

"We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was easy to find and its location was peaceful and relaxing. We felt very comfortable in the area. Check-in was easy. My favorite part was sitting on the deck...beautiful mountain scenery. The cabin was just like the pics--- no surprises. It was clean and all info we needed was provided. I truly liked the layout. The only suggestion I would make might be updating the den furniture. It was comfy, but hard to get up off the couch. However, we thought this cabin was at the perfect spot for us to plan day trips to the many interesting area sights. We hope to return in the fall. Thank you for providing this for visitors in your atea."

"The old buses across the river were kind of an eye sore. While definitely an enjoyable river front experience, the buses were not attractive. The bed was comfortable but wish the rest of the furniture/appliances felt a bit more secure and steady (ie the bathroom sink, the desk, the space heater sitting on a little ledge at foot of bed."
