"Single traveler for a local bike tour. Could not be happier with location in town with great access to food and other activities. Bike tours start across the street. Room was clean, updated bathroom and a rocking chair on the porch. Staff was helpful and cordial. Was a happy camper without the tent."

"The home was better than expected! It's located in a quiet and beautiful area and is super close to the historical part of Sylva. The hose was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They thought of every little detail which even included coffee filters which we completely didnt think of lol. Sitting in the enclosed back deck and listening to the stream was very peaceful! The communication with the host was very good! I highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Sylva! If i could give it a higher rating I would! It gets a 20/10 from me!"

"Loved this house, it is fairly new, very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on front porch watching the sunset over the beautiful North Carolina Mtns. and listening to the birds sing. A great place to de-stress. The house is well appointed with a lot of little extras. Laura is a great host. We will be back!!"
