This hotel is always our favorite hotel. We love the balcony that over looks the river. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived we loved everything. The room was nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the water view. Breakfast was the best I've ever has at any Best Western hotel. Delicious and beautifully displayed. We have already decided there will be another trip and stay here.

The room was nice but could use a little attention to details. Maybe some upgrades to tv stand under fridge was rotted. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. But other than that Everything was nice. Breakfast was great.

It was a very clean hotel and friendly staff. I would prefer that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap was attached lower in the shower because it is difficult to reach for shorter people (and kids). We will return for a future stay.

As others have said, the view is what makes this hotel. Great location - so close to all that’s Dillsboro and major roads to surrounding area. Peaceful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, standard hotel breakfast fare, but the attendant was very helpful and attentive.

Such a beautified property set right in the river. Will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was TV in the room was not working properly but only being there for one night it wasn’t a big deal.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and for the longest time no one was around to help or explain what was happening. Needless to say we didn't sleep well after that and the manager a couple days later said it was nothing he could do about comping up a free night stay. That is not good business. We will be marking Best Western off of our list of travel lodging. The location of this hotel was in a very strange location. River was the best feature and it was not glorious. The breakfast was sufficient.

Beautiful river front hotel with clean rooms and common areas. Very relaxing to sit out on the deck and eat or rock in the rocking chairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool area are nice and towels are provided. The area itself is quiet and pleasant with small town atmosphere. Restaurants have good food.
