"As always, it was a very pleasant stay at Les Secrets des Loges, We had a very comfortable room with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade yogurt, and the fresh tasting breads and pastries, not to mention that Nathalie and Laurent are excellent hosts."

"The property is a short walk from from the train station. There isn’t an elevator, I was on the second floor. The property doesn’t allow checkin until after 5 pm. The staff kept my bags until then. There are restaurants nearby. There is also the beach and outdoor market area about 15-20 minutes walk. The duvet was very warm and bed suitable for a short stay. The place was peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and decent sized for 1-2 people."

A wild and blustery night but the welcomed we received was great, including our dog who was staying with us. Perfect location for the Tunnel, his hotel is a wee gem. Obviously quite new and with a couple of glitches needing attention this didn't detract from our stay. Decided to eat in the restaurant and had a great value and delicious meal. Very comfortable room and bed, great ensuite.....just a perfect stay.
Thanks very much and we will be back!

We were booked in for a Friday night and finding a nearby parking place proved to be a bit of a problem. However, we eventually found something in a side street a few minutes walk from the hotel. Reception was very polite, efficient and friendly and we were soon in our room (2nd floor, front). While not being over large, we had sufficient space for our short stay, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. We had a TV with BBC World News, and the bathroom was very clean with a good hot...

The hotel car park is spacious, secure and free. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean too with towels provided. Convenient location with food outlets within a few hundred metres. Obviously also brilliant location for the ferry, 6 minutes away.

Easy access to port of Calais, comfortable, clean & welcomed my large dog - the lovely Ajax.
A very comfortable, relaxing sleep after a difficult & tiring journey thru Spain & France.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hope myself & or my mum Dawn & her lovely husband Craig will visit here again.

Having read a few negative reviews we were a little worried about our stay at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is set in beautiful surroundings with a delightful walled garden in which to take a pre dinner stroll. We received a warm welcome and were shown to a lovely room on the ground floor.
It was comfortably furnished with a king size bed, a well equipped ensuite with bath and shower. Our only problem was mastering the shower which was of the pull out hand held type that without a shower screen...

The staff are amazing, they made me feel comfortable during my stay with families. The hotel was clean and is in a good location. Few things are a bit worn out in the room but it’s minor issue. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in Calais.

Staff are very helpful and speak good English - my French is poor. It stays open for late arrivals and has a friendly restaurant and bar. The rooms are spotless and the shower was powerful and easy to use. We only stayed one night en route but it was easy and relaxing.

It's hard to give a big review as it was only an overnight stopover but everything was good.
We didn't have the breakfast as there was a very large boulangerie next door with such an amazing selection - I had to go there!

The staff and hotel were beyond splendid. A beautiful hotel with the most stunning art works on the walls, which is rare. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends. Bravo!
