The staff and hotel were beyond splendid. A beautiful hotel with the most stunning art works on the walls, which is rare. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends. Bravo!

Having read a few negative reviews we were a little worried about our stay at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is set in beautiful surroundings with a delightful walled garden in which to take a pre dinner stroll. We received a warm welcome and were shown to a lovely room on the ground floor.
It was comfortably furnished with a king size bed, a well equipped ensuite with bath and shower. Our only problem was mastering the shower which was of the pull out hand held type that without a shower screen...

Great family room for stopover on our way to Calais with breakfast included and we parked at the harbourside opposite for free as it was sat eve/Sunday. We also had a lovely meal a few doors down!

The staff here were fantastic, I had a request pre-check in for a surprise for my wife, they helped make the arrival so much better. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast delicious, the gym equipment was good, clean and open 24/7. The spa was nice, clean and had a good facilities. The sea view room was perfect!

This is a fantastic place to stay prior to an early morning channel crossing. The hotel really is lovely, as are the reception staff. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, and the hotel parking at the rear is very convenient. We chose not to eat/drink at the hotel and instead walked into the town. It's a fair walk to the centre, but it's worth it as there are plenty of lively bars and large selection of restaurants. We had a great final night before coming home to the UK.

I arrived late and Kevin on reception was a true professional. Then in the morning as I had business to attend the reception allowed me a late check out. A truly decent experience. I have previously used this hotel bar and cafe whilst I was en route to the ferry terminal. It’s a decent location for staying and a quick drink and bite to eat

The only downside to our stay here was that it was not long enough!! We stayed as a stop back to the uk but wish we had booked for longer. The location I can’t imagine there is a better located place to stay in the city. Can literally see the beautiful dome of the cathedral from our bed! The room is beautifully designed and comfortable with a lovely kitchen area which was really helpful with two small children. The owner greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful. One of the best places we've stayed at and we stay at many hotels. Beautiful apartment, very clean. Excellent communication throughout. We love this place and will stay again.
