We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mousai From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, bell service, and restaurant team provided excellent, attentive service that made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The property itself is beautiful and offers a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. On another note, we were disappointed by the persistent push to attend the 75-minute presentation. We kindly told Alejandro multiple times that we weren’t interested, yet he continued to text us, even saying this was how he fed his children. The next morning, we ran into him again and were met with the same pressure despite our clear “no.” We also noticed a slight decline in service once it was known that it was our last day. Overall, the hotel is stunning, and we would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future. We just hope future visits are free from the overly aggressive sales approach.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one. Food and drink top notch. They accommodated any requests and even offered things we didn’t know we wanted. Lovely hotel and grounds. Meals were great. They put so much effort into making meals memorable with themes and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for a single thing more that what we got.
