I needed a quick off the highway hotel with the ability to cancel last minute. This hotel fit the bill. Clean and as quiet as a highway hotel can be. Breakfast could be better. Only fruit were bananas. No yogurt. At least coffee was hot and plentiful.

Wish they had suite on main floor. It was hard running two dogs down from 3rd floor. We loved that it was pet friendly and disliked that breakfast ended at 9:00. Break should go until 9:30.

The property was dirty. The outside was full of garbage and débris, the carpet in the room has red stains all over and spider webs in the corners of the room and bathroom. The free breakfast was nasty. Cheap sausage patties the dog won’t eat. The only thing I liked about this place was they allowed pets and had pretty good coffee. I have pictures of the trash around the building and the bird crap all over the place running down the wall under the Baymont sign.

It was convenient to the freeway. Beds super hard, needed updating in our room. Needs solid curtains that will actually close.

I’m ok with basic hotels, especially when it is just a quick overnight stay. This was old, rundown, Ave poorly maintained. Carpet and paint peeling in the room, filthy carpet in the corners, Rusty fixtures in bathroom. We were a little worried about bedbugs, but didn’t see any evidence.

Nice room. Clean. An awsome shower!!! "Free" breakfast was the only negative in my stay. Biscuits (aka hocky pucks) were so stale and dried the gravy couldn't soften them up.

Disappointing, not a brand I'll repeat
This property, at least the room we had, needs a remodel. Carpets were very soiled, missing towel rods, stains on linens, etc. Looked more like a gut job and start over. Check-in/check-out service was the highlight of the stay.

The hotel had no lights on their sinage outside and it was 9pm when we arrived. Once inside the run down interior left a lot to be desired. Looked like they were replacing the carpet which was good because it definitely needed to be replaced. Inside the room, the towl rack was busted off the wall abd the shower head had exposed piping.

They were short staffed. Storage room locked so breakfast items not readily available. Staff that was there were scrambling to help and adjust. Since it was a holiday weekend, one would think it would be “all hands on deck”.
