"We stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The pool and gym were great and one of the reasons we booked. The room was nice and modern with plenty of space. It wasn't that clear on the website menu whether there were gluten free options at breakfast, so we were delighted when the options were so good. We had a full fry up (minus black pudding which I don't like anyway) and even had gluten free croissants which was a real treat. The server told us that the afternoon tea was available gluten free also, so we may have to come back for that!"

"Ideal location in city centre, perfect for any events going on. Room booked for 4 people but only 3 of us went - so very spacious. Nice bug comfy beds, tea/coffee in room. Would stay here again"

"Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food. "

"Close to the train station and centre, within 5 minute walk. Booked a room for the night for a concert at the Utilita Arena, it’s an old building so don’t expect the Ritz. Breakfast was lovely. Good price hotel in a fantastic location"

"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"We stayed at the Bristol Hotel when going to a concert in Bath. It’s within say walking distance of the train station, and the surrounding area is pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and check in and out were easy. Would recommend."
