"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

Friday the indoor pool has sand in the bottom on Saturday outdoor pool had hair and other debris on the bottom. Recommend both pools be cleaned daily prior to opening. On-site restaurant did not open for food service on Saturday evening due to family emergency. We had to go into town for dinner. Nothing posted on their website to give notice no food service."
