Thank you for the review. Both TVs on the property have 100% streaming capabilities. Many guest have watched ESPN live and current movies as well. Low water pressure…I will look into the issue. All beds are 100% Posturepedic and purchased in 2022. With regards to the air conditioner the sensor is designed to shut off when it gets too cold. Over the last week nighttime temperatures have been ranging between 48 - 55, thus would cause the air conditioning to shut off. We wish you would’ve notified us of your concerns while you were here and not after the fact which would enable us to address those issues and make your stay more enjoyable. Safe travels.

It is difficult to understand when I respond to a guest’s comments (bad) Expedia deletes my response. Now a guest leaves a low rating and I elect to respond within Expedia’s guidelines and they still delete my response. No profanity, and no calling out names of guests ….and I still get deleted. Situation: Guest leaves an anonymous review with no comments…. a blank review with a low rating of 4 out of 10?Background: We have been in business for 31 years; we are the 5th largest BnB in the state of Montana with countless reviews. We are amongst the top tier of like same businesses across the country.Response: Guests come and go, but we treat all guests with respect. We have rules that the state requires us to enforce. Sometimes guests leave us a bad rating and if we have done something wrong, I would like to know what the issue is, so we can correct it and move forward. But when guests leave a low rating with no comments we are left in the dark. We have been doing this for some time and when guests leave a poor rating because they have been called out for 1 of 3 things; 1. Breaking the law (drugs or smoking on the property (Montana Law prohibits smoking in/at public venues)); 2. Damaging our property (breaking furniture, destroying towels, black marks on white duvets, etc.…); 3. Breaking our company policy (sneaking in guests, hiding animals, etc.…). We take these few opportunities to use bad ratings as forms of advertisement. We are a small-town business with a nationwide presence, and honor/integrity/respect are values we and the staff hold true to our hearts. You can do these things in your big town place but do not do them here, for we will either remove you from our property and/or charge you for the damages.For those of you who are reading our comments, we ask that you read some of the many other reviews from people all over the world who have visited our slice of heaven. Many times when checking in guests we ask if there have any special needs such as food allergies or if the guest will be joining the rest of the guests for breakfast the following morning(s), and this helps us make everyone's stay more enjoyable and accommodating. Sometimes the information we get is different than what the guest wants, thus some adjustments are needed. In this case, that was exactly what happened. Communication was made and the To-Go breakfast was delivered in less than 15 minutes in the dead of night for the following morning. Jennifer's made her first response on Google (mid July).Tucked away in a subdivision. The staff is rude and condescending. Unwilling to work with patrons. Overcharge for their rooms because they want to make it seem like it is a luxurious getaway. Save your time and money and book at a Holiday Inn. You will get more for your dollar. The original reservation was for 4 adults. We did have a 13 and an 11-year-old with us. When we arrived we were told only 4 people were allowed in the room PERIOD. We did have blow-up beds we could have placed in the room, but were told under no circumstances could 2 additional guests be put in the rooms. We explained our 2 older sons would sleep in the SUV. The staff indicated that was not allowed. The cost was 415/night PLUS 20/PP over 2. So once we arrived, we were told we could not stay. After we left we were notified that if prior knowledge was given to B&B they could have accommodated us. They COULD HAVE accommodated us that day, but they chose not to, and instead pocket 465 from a family simply trying to get 1 night's sleep before leaving the next morning to continue their vacation!Our response:Jennifer, you made the reservation for 4 adults and showed up with 4 adults and 2 grown kids. If you'd given us prior notification we could have had additional roll-away beds in place to accommodate the additional people, but no prior notifications were given. You brought this issue to Expedia and they also told you that you should have given prior notification as well. Expedia also told you that if you would have told them that you had 6 people checking into a room that accommodates 4 people … they would have never rented the room to you in the first place. It appears to both Expedia and us that you were trying to sneak in additional guests. In the several messages that you had left both Expedia & Badrock BnB we both thought that you understood where the issue occurred and what could have been done to resolve the problem that you are now leaving a review on a different platform...why didn't you leave your review with Expedia? Jennifer the problem has not changed and you are still unsatisfied with how you were treated. You are just a dishonest person. Hope you can learn from your mistakes and stop pushing the blame on others.
