Late contact about check-in information, snarky responses to my messages when I was sent messages with no link and then partial links, no answer to questions on a fan that eould not shut off, and bogus charges for late checkout and not cleaning despite leaving more then 2 hours before checkout and following all check-out procedures. I tried calling both the cell and office numbers to no avail, with the only "voice" on the line an AI assistor. No responses to e-mails either.

I booked this property after reading all the 10 ratings. That's a joke. Non of the door in the apartment close properly. Dryer was full of wet towels and bedsheets that we need to end up drying separately and folded ourselves. Check in process was very confusing and no one was at the lobby of the property. I definitely would never book this property again.
