The villa Casa Degli Ulivi, located in Collesano, offers 130 m² of space with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. One bedroom is on two levels: the lower floor has two beds, while the mezzanine features a double bed. Included amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, and cable TV.



The outdoor area is the highlight: from May to October, you can enjoy a private 14 x 5 meter pool. The villa is surrounded by a 3-hectare olive and citrus grove with centuries-old trees, perfect for walks and relaxing in the countryside. You also have access to a private organic vegetable garden. The pool is open from May to the end of October.



Within 10 km, you can visit Castelbuono, Petralia Soprana, Gangi, and the Madonie Natural Park. Guided nature tours in the park can be arranged; the area offers many traditional restaurants and wineries. In winter, snowshoe excursions are possible. There are 6 parking spaces on the property. Any events must be agreed upon in advance with the owner and may incur additional costs. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. In Cefalù, you can rent a motorboat for an extra charge.
