"The pictures don't do the place justice. This villa is like something out of a Hollywood Rom Com set in an idealistic fictional Tuscan village. Not only is the villa and the views from every window simply stunning, the town of Loro Cuifena is one of the prettiest villages in all of Italy. The ONLY downside is that the drive up the mountain to the villa is not for the feint of heart."

"We spent almost two weeks in Tuscany and rented three houses. Villa Andrei was a highlight - an beautiful and quiet location. You are on your own and can really enjoy your time under the Tuscan sun. "This villa is a dream. You really feel like you’re in a Disney castle in the home and in the little village! Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and so patient with us as we arrived much later than planned. "We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. "The Suite is a lovely house, beautifully decorated and furnished and thoughfully equipped. The grounds and pool are gorgeous and perfect for just spending time, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There are so many interesting places within a 30 minute drive and we'd certainly recommend walking to Monteriggioni along the Via Francigena."

"Generally okay but a bit of a hotch potch of unmatched crockery and glasses. No shaker to make cocktails, airconditioning units not working, bulbs missing or not working and often no hot water. Lots of trip hazards. Housekeeper very pleasant but we were a bit disappointed."

"This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels.
