"Absolutely perfect for groups or families. Clean, great amenities, staff was super friendly and helpful with directions and things to see. The beds were soft and so cozy. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of attractions, but I saw this as a positive and didn’t mind walking where we needed to go."

"Fabulous hotel! My only complaint is there were no drawers—just two shelves in one of the closets. This seems to be a general trend in hotels. Maybe bureaus are considered old-fashioned? Other than that small quibble the place was wonderful. We had a fifth floor castle view room with a (very comfortable) bed. Staff, pool, breakfast all excellent."

"Amazing location and great rooms! Love the pods system so you can get some private space and not disturb others as much. Looked like they had fun activities and a good vibe but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to check them out. The location right in Old Town cannot be beat!"

"Room was really nice and comfortable. Only issue I had was that I was put in the building opposite, so you feel detached from the hotel. Also the kitchen was not working also, so I could not have breakfast. Overall it is a nice hotel, but just felt a bit let down: "
