The Space:
There are vacation rentals—and then there’s Red Hilltop Getaway. Just 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls, this peaceful cabin feels worlds away. Tucked into six private acres of forested hillside with a seasonal creek, it’s a place to explore, relax, and reconnect. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the stillness, pine-scented air, birdsong, and the soft flow of water just beyond the trees. This is where lasting memories are made.

Your Outdoor Paradise Includes:

• Lower yard with hammock, custom bridges, seasonal creek, and Adirondack chairs
• Handcrafted wooden swing and a “name tree” where you can carve your initials (tools provided)
• Custom outdoor checker/chess table under string lights
• Yard games: horseshoes, bocce ball, cornhole, darts, and a private scavenger hunt
• Dual yard areas with string lighting for magical evenings
• Fire pit and seasonal indoor fireplace – Bring your own wood (none provided)

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. For your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a keyless entry system. You will receive a unique door code 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time, allowing you to enter the property at your leisure. This code will provide easy, hassle-free access throughout your stay.

Red Hilltop Getaway is nestled in a serene and secluded area of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, offering guests a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The property is enveloped by towering pines and overlooks a seasonal creek, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and wildlife observation.
Despite its secluded feel, the cabin is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene, where guests can explore a variety of boutiques, restaurants, and the stunning lakefront. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Tubbs Hill, known for its scenic hiking trails and panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Red Hilltop Getaway offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. The home is located just 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. While the property feels wonderfully private, its proximity to major roads makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We recommend 4-wheel drive in winter months to access the home.

Other Things to Note:
Guest Check-In Form
A check-in form will be sent immediately after booking. Please complete it within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. This helps us prepare for your stay and ensure a smooth arrival.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that all guests respect the peaceful nature of the neighborhood during these hours.

Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval from management. If you’d like to request approval for a visitor, please contact us in advance. An additional fee may apply for approved guests or visitors. Unauthorized visitors may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

EV Charging
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted without prior approval. If you require access to EV charging during your stay, please contact us in advance to discuss options.

Firewood & Fire Use
-Guests must bring their own firewood for both the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fireplace
-The indoor fireplace is available October through March only
-The fireplace is not available for use during the summer months

Winter Access
This property is accessible year-round. However, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required in winter months.
