This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

Stayed here the weekend before our cruise and it was in a great location. The downtown area of Cocoa was a great surprise. The place was very nice and loved the swing.

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and more roomy than expected! The balcony provided a great place to relax and watch the ocean. Many ammenities were provided. Would go back the next time I come to Florida!

We loved this property and staying here. We enjoyed strolling downtown and being so close to things that we were able to walk. My husband was able to take work calls out on the adorable balcony area.
