Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete restoration and exterior painting project throughout the complex. Concrete work is expected to continue through the end of December, with exterior painting beginning during that time and continuing through late February. Work will take place in phases throughout the property, and guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise or notice workers and equipment on site. Balcony access may be required during some phases of the project, and balcony furniture may be temporarily prohibited or removed as needed.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.
