"This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. "We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"Our stay was amazing. The entire trip was full of family memories we will cherish forever which started with arriving at the property to be greeted by manatees right off the dock. One literally surfaced, rolled over, and appeared to wave at us! The property was a perfect accompaniment to the trip. Newly remodeled inside and extremely comfy with lots of amenities and friendly neighbors. We were in the unit overlooking the water and could see tons of fantastic wildlife right out our windows...

"This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

"The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
