Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

Nice hotel stuck in the middle of nowhere. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The staff are superb and speak very good English. You can get breakfast but there is no restaurant here so you either order from Deliveroo or drive to your nearest town. They do serve drinks in the bar/breakfast room. I didn't use the gym because I was really busy.
Please note. If you stay here (possibly like me to visit the local institute of cancer) do not think you can walk there. Google maps says 15...

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - even remembering how we liked our coffee at breakfast. I’m a restless sleeper so personally don’t like quilts that don’t have a cover, just sheets on top and underneath but otherwise the room was very good and cleaned beautifully. Great location.

To be honest, we were not expecting such a good experience at an airport hotel, but this greatly exceeded our expectations. A very good location ( so close there is a 6 euro surcharge on the taxi fare so total was 15 euro). Very efficient and friendly staff in all areas (reception, restaurant, breakfast room and chambermaid). The restaurant menu and wine list was comprehensive and god value - food and wine excellent. A great stay. Only warning, if you are offered a chance to share a taxi back...

It was a very nice place to stay. Students were still there studying but they keep to their own. The room was clean, the area was easy to get to as it was near the train station (Porta Susa) - town centre was a 30 min walk away which was great. The food in the morning was more than enough to fill me up. Usually I have like 3-4 plates at other places, however I was overly full by the time I finished one. The courtyard outside had shaded areas, as well as tables/chairs that didnt, and if you are a...

The hotel is very close to the Porta Nuova train station. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I loved the fact that there were quite many coffee bars where I could buy freshly baked croissants and pastries.
The room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows.
What makes this hotel outstanding was the friendliness of the staff at the reception. I felt immediately welcome. Upon arrival I was given a larger room than the one that I booked. In addition, because my sister travelled to visit...
