We loved our room with a fabulous view of the local stadium if there was a game I would have felt as though we were part of it. Within walking distance with plenty to see and enjoy. Wonderfully delicious breakfast included. Would love to stay again 💕

Nice hotel - everything was as expected and perfectly pleasant. Nothing too special about it, it’s mainly surrounded by car parks and busy roads, but absolutely adequate for what we needed which was good value accommodation in Rivoli

This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday.

The property was clean, but older. The beds were comfortable, but only 1 side of the bed had a night stand and outlet. I had to use the outlet on the desk across the room. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were runny and undercooked, the bacon was also undercooked, and the fruit was from a can. None of the fruit was fresh except green bananas. The pool closes as 7:30, which is far too early. After being out exploring all day, it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub or by the pool to relax before going to bed. Basically, the only way to get use of the pool is to stay at the hotel all day.

The A/C of the whole hotel wasn’t working from the moment we checked-in. They told us the weather was cool and we had to open the windows. The noise outside was stubborn; there was a car or two like going around at high speed making a lot of noise. At 1AM the fire alarm shut off and it was false alarm, there was an electrical problem; this kept happening until 3AM or so. Then a truck came to unload stuff. It was not possible to rest. Facility, cleanliness and service are nice

Great all rounder

Great place, friendly staff, clean rooms, air con in the rooms and an amazing breakfast. Will definitely stop here again on our way through Italy. Clancy's around the corner is a great place to eat, it's in a short walking distance and the burgers and pizzas are amazing.

We booked a room for our stay. After a few hours we started to hear a dog barking and persons shouting next door. We were very kindly put in a superior room on the 5th floor by a patient and kind operative called Martha.
