We had a relaxing 3 days in the ORI. The pool and patio are lovely. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. It's very well placed for bars & restaurants; many are within a 5 min walk. I would certainly return!

Fantastic stay here during our time in Palm Springs. We loved the buildings architecture, design of the rooms and view from the pool area. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. Added bonus that the property has free parking outside and is within easy walking distance of the main strip and arts museum.

Included pantry for guests was a lovely touch, pool area and games were also a plus and the room was perfect. Hotel is easy to find and get ubers to/from and there is 7/11 within walking distance.

I would love to return to this hotel but will wait till it's finished! Spacious condo like apartments with everything you need, including washer, drier etc. Large comfy bed, large bathroom. Good size balcony. Various pools including a quiet one if you need to chill. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times the food was excellent! As I said the only downside is the building work, we were next to one of them, work starts early in the morning even at the weekend. it was noisy!

We rented a 'studio' suite for 4 nights - which was quite large with a well equipped kitchen area. Balcony was quite large with 2 chairs and a table, and room was very clean with very comfy bed. Free coffee / tea is available 24/7 in the recreation room, as well as popcorn at 4pm daily. We only used the adult pool which was quiet and clean with plenty of very comfy sunbeds and towels. Pool was a nice temperature was not cold at all , hot tub was amazing , bed was very comfortable , and the parking was very convenient and easy

Great rooms

Our 3rd time staying and nearly perfect again. The property is looking a little dated in comparison to others in the area but the location and setting make it worth it. Would recommend the buildings in the high 40’s if you want a quieter area and the top pool is also very quiet in comparison to the main pool area (almost a private pool just for us most days!). Highly recommend the property and we will be returning in the future

The property was first class with immaculate grounds. The only negative was the limitations on setting lower levels of air con....72 was little too high a limitation

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service! Only one minor is that the shower water pressure is extremely low but I am guessing that can’t just be solved.

A fantastic resort. We self catered and ate off site so didn't use the food available. We did however enjoy our own room and used the oool and gym.

This hotel is definitely a special one! I visited over the weekend and had a great time! The accommodations is great and in a super central location. The staff is always on hand if you need anything. Gets busy with day guest around the pool and other facilities, which is good! Sunday pool party was great!
