"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"Original reserved rental supposedly had a leak so we received an “upgrade”, it was actually a downgrade. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms, this had 2. The hot and cold water didn’t mix in the shower head so you could only take a scalding or freezing shower. After my 2nd kid showered, we were out of hot water; my husband and I got lukewarm only. The house was cold, and temps/times could not be over-ridden. There was moldy bread in the cabinet, the trash bin outside was overflowing so the top...
