"This was a nice property clean and well presented . What was really helpful was to have all the basics there such as condiments , ketchup, washing products together with shower gel and shampoo. Very comfortable lovely big kitchen . Maybe leave instructions on how to use the hot water system as we were not sure when it was on and had cold water one day until we put the boost on? We would definitely recommend this property."

"Very central location. Lovely end of terrace house. Hosts/owners very friendly, letting us in and sorting out heating. Big kitchen/diner. Kitted out for 4, could have a bit more equipment. Nice touches such as snacks, sugar, tea and coffee. Beds were good quality. Rooms are of a good size 2 doubles and 2 sinlges. 2 showers/bathrooms, one is downstairs. Storage in bedrooms could have a few more hangers. No tv in lounge, which would have been nice. Tiny tv in 'boot/coat room' not sure it...

"Not much to complain about here. Just returned from 3 night stay. Our only complaint is the room was very dark . One side of the room had no lights at all and a lamp would have made such a difference. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and staff very helpful. Rooms are warm and cosy and very clean"

"Very centrally located but quiet hotel. Comfy bed, good room temperature control and great shower. Lovely, relaxed and a bit quirky social spaces. Very good breakfast - lots of choice and with a brunch offer once the breakfast service was complete. Late check out until 2pm was very much appreciated. Check-in staff were knowledgeable and cheerful. Breakfast staff were on-hand for ordering extras and kept the food buffet topped-up. I really rate this hotel - would definitely stay again."

I found having the shower steppping straight into the room a bit odd and I believe this should have been informed before the stay. The room that I stayed in did not have sockets but the bed which was odd and not conviniente."

"A lovely hotel right by Grand opera house. Lovely food, comfy bed. The quilt was way to heavy and stiff. There was no yogurt left in the bowl at 9.30am. I asked for more, but 10 mins later still non. There was also no berries left. The lady brought a new bag, filled the bowl, but they were FROZEN solid.So I had to let it go"
