The hotel is generally clean. The check in was swift. The receptionist Abdullah was quite welcoming and helpful. The room was of good size, the bathroom was good, both clean. There was only one shampoo bottle in the shower half full. The air conditioning was good. The view from the window was a roof of adjacent building, if that matters (didn't to me) Very close to city centre, few minutes walk. The receptionist on check out (didn't catch his name) was very nice as well. Overall, good stay, no serious issues.

Our room and ensuite was fine. We booked cheapest room so bathroom compact. Common kitchen / lounge had washing machine dish washer & microwave . TV not working ( we didn’t ctc host to fix as no real time to enjoy)Location a bit grungy. Outside Rubbish a problem so urge owners to fix this. Great if you have a car as easy free parking. Convenient shopping centre about 15 min walk
