"Internally the property was well maintained however the patio outside needed a sprucing up and the drains needed attention as there was a lot of rain during our stay and the gutters etc obviously needed a good clean out."

"Friendly and warm welcome, very helpful staff. Lovely room, just what we needed for a one night stop over. Superb breakfast and great service. For a Tuesday night the restaurant was packed which has to be a good sign.
Will definitely stay here again and I can highly recommend it. "
