    4-minute drive to the nationally recognized historic downtown Clinton and antique stores.
    Watch a movie at the city's single screen original movie theater with a nostalgic counter-top drug store located just next door.
    Catch a VOLS football game.
    This property is on the top of a mountain and the driveway has a steep incline.
    It is not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs to a porch to enter the front door. There are two exterior security cameras. One by the garage door and one by the back door. They are both clearly visible and obvious. There is one camera in the garage and one in the pantry. Both are turned off prior to arrival. I have a smart doorbell and two exterior security cameras.
