Please do not park on the left side of the neighbor’s driveway. STAIRS Our place has stairs that could be steep to some, please take this into consideration when booking. WASHROOM LOCATED ON FIRST FLOOR Our place has 1 washroom located on the main floor. There are no washrooms upstairs where the 3 bedrooms are. LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. ➦ Our cleaning team will arrive at 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour. ➦ We do allow early check-ins & late check-outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule. CLEANLINESS Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. MONTHLY STAY GUESTS We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
